Soldier Blue

Soldier Blue is a young boy with psychic powers who lives in a world where psychics are feared and persecuted. He wears a blue cape and headphones to hide his powers, and he dreams of one day using them to make the world a better place. One day, Soldier Blue is caught using his powers by a group of soldiers. They try to capture him, but he escapes and flees to the city of Terra. Terra is a city where psychics are welcomed and respected, and Soldier Blue finally feels like he can be himself. In Terra, Soldier Blue meets a group of other psychics who teach him how to use his powers for good. He also meets a girl named Terra, who is also a psychic. Soldier Blue and Terra fall in love, and they work together to protect Terra from the soldiers who are trying to capture her. Soldier Blue and Terra eventually defeat the soldiers and save Terra. They then use their powers to help the people of Terra build a better world.
